Focused on personal branding, income generation, and digital marketing, WEE offers practical coaching and peer support designed for real life. Whether you’re starting a side hustle or building your first business, WEE is a place where women support women — no judgment, no pressure. Just growth, learning, and empowerment. Key Focus Areas

Join Our December 2025 Cohort

The WEE Initiative is a 4–5 week digital learning community designed for women ready to grow their personal brand, master digital marketing, and create real income. We will definitely be open to scaling globally, so keep an eye out for updates. All the content stays the same.

Weekly Session Structure (3 hours)

Welcome & Warm-up 
Greetings, a quick overview of the agenda, and a little energy check to get everyone comfortable and ready.

Main Topic Presentation 
Each week, we dive deep into a focused theme led by the WEE founder or a guest trainer:

  • Week 1: Personal Branding — Know your brand and your unique value

  • Week 2: Digital Marketing — Learn how to grow your audience and influence online

  • Week 3: Income & Cashflow — Explore how to earn and manage your money

  • Week 4: Public Speaking & Confidence — Own your voice and present with power

Business Work Time

An expert-led session with practical insights and Q&A focused on the week’s topic.

Role Play/Working Groups

Each week features one hands-on role play to build essential skills:

  1. Week 1: Personal Branding & PositioningWe start by helping you craft and pitch your authentic brand story. You’ll refine your digital presence, polish your brand guidelines, and learn how to position yourself so the right people notice you.

  2. Week 2: Cold Outreach & Partnerships: We’ll teach you how to write compelling cold emails and respond to leads. Plus, you’ll practice pitching partnerships and asking for sponsorship or advice — because no one builds alone.

  3. Week 3: Seller-Buyer Negotiation: Now, it’s time to get real about value and money. You’ll practice negotiating your product or service’s worth and closing sales with confidence. This week, we’ll also look at your cashflow statement, profit, and break-even points to negotiate deals that don’t lose money.

  4. Week 4: Live Pitch & Launch Prep: The grand finale: present your product or service with power and clarity. You’ll showcase your brand in full — online channels, offers, website, key tracking, lead generation, and marketing funnels. Tell us everything!

Wrap up the day by reflecting on key learnings, sharing insights, setting homework, and sending off with motivation.
